1. 30-Day Return Policy

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

2. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original method of payment.

Please note:

  • Refunds are only issued for the item’s purchase price.
  • Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

3. No Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees for eligible returns.

4. Prepaid Return Shipping Labels

If your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label by email.
Please attach the label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

If you prefer, you may also request a printed label by mail — simply contact our customer service team.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item.
We’ll quickly arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons (such as personal care products, opened consumables, or customized items).
